Renting of assets with or without residual value

Following the principle of prudent budgetary control, and for the purpose of obtaining a better ROI, renting shall apply to rapid technological developments such as computer science, or to those in which the technical maintenance is especially valuable as occurs with the transport elements.

In the case of tax advantages, the rentals are 100 % fiscally deductible from Corporation tax.

The assets managed under the contract of renting include:

The payments for leasing equipment in the medium and long-term period, with commitment to a regular fixed income, can be linear, increasing, or irregular.
The rental usually includes all the associated services according to the offer as well as maintenance and insurance. At the end of the contract, a purchase option can be offered.
If there is no reasonable doubt to exercise the purchase option, the interest and amortization are deductible according to the amortization schedule.
If there is reasonable doubt of exercising the purchase option, the entire payment is deductible.
The credit entity or the manufacturer could assume a residual value of the asset and this reduction would reduce the payment.
This type of contract does not consume other lines of credit.
Taxes are deducted fiscally.
The contract also improves other lines of funding and preserves other lines of financing for the balance.
